Goal: Provide a user design to customers to manage complex data online.

Solution: TMAN provided customer care and sign up sites that broke down complex operations into smaller operations that customers can easily complete online without the need to call very busy staff.

Development

Goal: Provide an online operations site and database that assists in the preparation and planning of home meal replacement deliveries.

Solution: Working closely with the executive chef and one of the principals TMAN developed an online system that took into account increased understand of this new business model. The initial deployment assisted in meal preparation and packing. Subsequent revisions have included: internal messaging, delivery, customer relationship management, billing, accounting, self service customer care and online signup.
