Tom
Mitchell, Principal
Tom has been operating TMAN Solutions since 1999. He was also
Director of Technology for Metropolis Media for a few years
during this period. Tom has completed degrees and programs from
York University, George Brown College and Herzing College. Tom
has extensive experience in experimental psychology research
settings, the meal replacement industry, early childhood education
and small business consulting. This breadth of knowledge allows
for a unique and effective approach to many the current challenges
a small business can face.
Anne de Groot, Creative Director
Anne has over 10 years experience in the design industry; most
recently as the Principal of Degroot Design, Toronto. She has
a Bachelors degree in Art and Art History from the University
of Toronto and a diploma in Computer Graphics from Sheridan
College, Oakville. Anne was recently nominated for the 2002
Canadian Multimedia Designer of the Year Award. Anne’s
primary responsibilities at TMAN Solutions include, creative
direction, concept development, research, design and project
management.
